Lemons and Limes May Improve Your Health

Did you know that lemons and limes may make you healthier if daily consumed?

Organic lemons and limes work best. Make lemonade, or lemon (or lime) juice 2 or 3 times a day, (equally spaced), from 2 or 3 lemons each, and drink it. Also be sure to eat some of the lemon skin because it significantly increases your body’s absorption of nutrients from the juice.

This juice contains very well absorbent form of natural vitamin C and many other healthy things which will strengthen and give elasticity to your vessels, connecting tissues, skin and joints, improve digestion, strengthen you immune system and improve your mood. Consuming sour things like lemon or lime juice also reduces your blood sugar, and the inside of lemon skin actually whitens your teeth! Quite effectively too.
